The shower isn't working, kitchen sink doesn't drain, It needs to be cleaned, it needs paint and new flooring. BUT the well works with a newer well pump in the last couple of years. It has a metal roof, some Tongue and Groove, appliances, newer siding, a large deck and a couple of sheds. It used to be a cute little place but it's not the 1974 New Moon trailer your buying, it's the location on a dead end road and backs up to at least a hundred acres of Federal Land in the back. AND it's on a county maintained road, has easy access to the trails, and access to North Lake. Formerly a rental unit this property does need some work but offers a lot of opportunity with a little sweat equity.
